Great knife set for two reasons…value/cost and durability…I think I could cut a 100 year Oak tree down with one of these knives. It may take a month to do it but I could probably get it done without having to sharpen the knife. Really, I have had a set of these knives for 7 years now and never sharpened them because they still cut just as well as they did the first time I used them.

They are pretty good. However I am a bit of a snob and prefer Wustoff. Especially the sausage, paring, Whale (aka big boy knife) and kitchen sheers. Can’t beat it. Costco are good quality and I believe cost less then the Wustoff brand.
